All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All goods that are dispatched are sent by a recorded insured service.

The cut off times is various for the services we use. Usually we aim to despatch at the same day for all confirmed orders no later than 2pm for the next day delivery. Free shipping for all orders over £50.

*Next day delivery cut off time is 2pm Monday - Friday excluding bank holiday.**

UK: If you are not in when the parcel arrives, they they will leave with your neighbours, at the safe place, or it will be returned at their local depot.

Southern Ireland:- Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over 2kg then goods are sent via DPD Courier International. Delivery takes 3-5 days.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the below conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods.

1. The goods must be unused.

2. The goods must be returned in original condition & packaging.

3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5. The goods must be received back within 30 days from the day your customer received their order.

6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

7. Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.
